Candidate Qualifications: - High school diploma required
- Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
Work Environment Conditions: Work areas are often hot with steam and food vapors, and employees generally remain standing for extended periods. Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold food, using specialized kitchen equipment, and working efficiently with accuracy. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining effective communication skills. Managing changing priorities and resolving conflicts is key.
