Key Responsibilities: - Maximize store profitability by managing all controllable expenses and optimizing revenue streams.
- Oversee guest and associate satisfaction, exceeding brand standards.
- Select, develop, and lead a high-performing team.

- Ensure appropriate staffing to meet business needs for a 24/7 operation.
- Delegate duties effectively and manage labor hours for efficiency.
