Job Title: Stockroom Clerk

Job Description

As a Stockroom Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking materials from the stock room and verifying their accuracy. You will transfer finished products to inventory locations, perform various ERP/MRP computer transactions, and order materials as needed for production requirements. You will also order line stock material, perform cycle counting and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy, maintain an orderly inventory of packaging materials on racks, assist in storing and organizing inventory, handle defective items, and move them to MRB. Additionally, you will enter material issues into the status board for visibility.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and stock materials from the stock room and verify their accuracy.
  • Transfer finished products to inventory locations.
  • Perform various ERP/MRP computer transactions.
  • Order materials as needed for production requirements.
  • Order line stock material.
  • Perform cycle counting and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain an orderly inventory of packaging materials on racks.
  • Assist in storing and organizing inventory.
  • Handle defective items and move them to MRB.
  • Enter material issues into the status board for visibility.
Work Environment

The dress code is manufacturing casual, and you will be provided with a coat and glasses. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm on the 2nd shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
