Stockroom Clerk II. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Stockroom Clerk shares responsibility for the flow of inventory: including transacting jobs into PLEX system, kitting raw and sub-assembly materials. The Stockroom Clerk will also ship customer orders and receive materials. This role will also fill in as a backup Saw Bay operator.
- Kitting - issue materials accordingly as specified per the bill of materials (BOM) and deliver to appropriate work center.
- Cycle Count inventory on a weekly basis.
- Maintain lot traceability of inventory from receipt of material through kitting.
- Stock finished subassemblies and raw materials accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all internal customers and external suppliers.
- Perform tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Package and ship local and international deliveries.
- Receive components and finished product from OSPs
- Create carrier shipping labels and schedule pick-ups as needed.
ABOUT YOU: - High school diploma/GED.
- Excellent mathematics skills and attention to detail.
- Strong skill sets involving numerical ordering, matching and data checking.
- Computer experience including Microsoft office, MRP/ERP, and shipping applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES AND OTHER CONTRIBUTIONS: - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to identify, label to record stock items.
- Ability to examine, inspect, or report defects or damage to supervisors.
- Conception of accessible and orderly storage of items in a warehouse
