WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Stockroom Clerk shares responsibility for the flow of inventory: including transacting jobs into PLEX system, kitting raw and sub-assembly materials. The Stockroom Clerk will also ship customer orders and receive materials. This role will also fill in as a backup Saw Bay operator.
  • Kitting - issue materials accordingly as specified per the bill of materials (BOM) and deliver to appropriate work center.
  • Cycle Count inventory on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain lot traceability of inventory from receipt of material through kitting.
  • Stock finished subassemblies and raw materials accordingly.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all internal customers and external suppliers.
  • Perform tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Package and ship local and international deliveries.
  • Receive components and finished product from OSPs
  • Create carrier shipping labels and schedule pick-ups as needed.
ABOUT YOU:
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Excellent mathematics skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong skill sets involving numerical ordering, matching and data checking.
  • Computer experience including Microsoft office, MRP/ERP, and shipping applications.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES AND OTHER CONTRIBUTIONS:
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to identify, label to record stock items.
  • Ability to examine, inspect, or report defects or damage to supervisors.
  • Conception of accessible and orderly storage of items in a warehouse
