Stockpoint Crane Operator

Job Duties

• Under general supervision, safely and effectively operates cranes for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of quality customer service, world-class safety, and business segment efficiency. Reads and interprets instructions, documentation and plans work activities.
• Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
• May inspect and lubricate cables, pulleys, guides and drums. May also direct the activities of laborers or dock helpers.
• Performs other duties and activities as directed.

Qualifications

• Skills are typically acquired through on the job training, crane and rigging certifications, and
• A minimum 5 years experience in stockpoint services.
