Job Title: Stock Controller
Location: WF4, United Kingdom
Pay rate: £12.85 per hour
Shifts: 8am-4:30pm
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join our thriving logistics team in the WF4 area. This is a Temp Perm opportunity. If you have experience driving Bendi/Flexi Trucks and a strong background in stock control, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and update stock records using RF systems
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Investigate stock-related issues and implement solutions promptly
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock flow
- Prepare reports on inventory status, movement, and stock levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a stock control role within the logistics sector
- Proficiency in using RF (Radio Frequency) systems for inventory management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns as required
