JP Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is looking for a full time Stock Control Clerk Ammo to support the EAGLE contract at Fort Eisenhower GA in support of Maintenance, Supply and Transportation.

Hours of Operation: 7:30AM - 4:00PM

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, performs all aspects of accountability of ammunition for the installation
ammunition point by maintaining stock records for on-hand balances, issues, and turn-ins of ammunition
to authorized units using various Logistics Information Systems (LIS). May perform duties of other
classifications that have a pay rate equal to or lower than the employee's current rate.

Task:

• Enters receipts and bills of lading for outgoing shipments to depots or other installations into
the proper LIS or using manual records, if necessary.

• Receives Ammunition Restriction and Suspension Notices, Ammunition Information Notices,
Overhead Fire Notices daily and analyzes and reports ammunition discrepancies thereby
maintaining accountability .

• Requisitions ammunition through various LIS to support unit requirements for training and/or
deployment and keeps documents on hand of ammunition stock.

• Maintains Ammunition Data Cards and Depot Surveillance Records on all lots of ammunition
received and utilizes Munitions History Program (MHP) for viewing.

• Posts and files all receipts, issues, incoming and outgoing shipments, turn-ins and accounts for
all ammunition and maintains files for 6 years.

• Maintains hardware that generates inventories using mobile technology.

• Transmits expenditures via Training Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS).

• Maintains customer Ammunition Handler Certification for personnel signing for A&E.

• Notifies personnel on malfunctions, suspension and incidents involving ammunition as
required.

• Maintains Notices of Delegation or Authority cards and Assumption of Command letters for
timeliness and accuracy, removes outdated cards and notifies customers.

• Conducts extensive searches for required information; reconstructing records for complex
supply transactions and government reports using the appropriate LIS.

• Maintains the ASP files, regulations and updates the Internal and External SOP's.

• Coordinates with other government agencies above installation level for technical advice or
assistance as required.

Education and Experience:

Experience: Two years of direct supply related experience of which one year of experience is in the
area of ammunition. Knowledge in handling, storage and shipment of ammunitions is desired. Three
years of direct supply related experience of which three years of experience is in the area of
ammunition.

Skills: Ability to operate computer programs listed above required. Must be able to read and
comprehend all documentation pertaining to job performance, i.e., technical manuals, Department of
the Army Pamphlets and regulations. Completion of technical ammunition and ammunition
maintenance courses a plus.

Certificate, License, Registration, etc.: Must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance for handling
ammunition. Possess certification of completion of SAAS-Mod training. Completion of Ammo 45 and
Ammo 64 Courses.

Education:

High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
