An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent and detail-oriented Stock Condition Surveyor in the construction department. The role involves undertaking and overseeing building surveys to inform future investment and maintenance works.

Description

  • Undertake and manage comprehensive building surveys.
  • Record and report findings accurately.
  • Inform future investment and maintenance works with survey data.
  • Ensure all works are compliant with current building regulations.
  • Cooperate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage resources and time effectively.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to during survey processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents.

Profile

A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:

  • A degree or equivalent in Building Surveying or related field.
  • Proficiency in building pathology and diagnosing defects.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety requirements.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
  • Strong communication and report writing skills.

Job Offer

  • An estimated hourly wage between 24.30 and 29.70.
