Description We are seeking a talented Operations Coordinator I to perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of STIIIZY's Smoke Shop business line. While the primary focus of this role is Operations Coordinator I, the successful candidate may also cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.
This position will be part of our STIIIZY Smoke Shop division, focused on non-cannabis retail products, distinct from our STIIIZY cannabis brand.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Receives and logs records, files, or paperwork, verifying completeness and accuracy.
- Inputs data, compiles information, and distributes or processes files to completion.
- Answers questions, retrieves information, or generates reports for management as needed.
- Performs administrative duties, which may include greeting and directing visitors, answering incoming calls, distributing mail, and scheduling meetings and interviews.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - Beginning to working experience and/or knowledge within the tobacco and cannabis industries; preferred.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
REQUIREMENTS - Must be over 21 years of age.
- Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
- Available for travel as needed.
- Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
