Essential Functions: - Cleans and maintains floors and walls in designated food service areas.
- Cleans and sanitizes the entire kitchen area.
- Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures.
- Consistently adheres to RWHV information related to the proper and safe use of chemicals in the workplace.
- Maintains inspection readiness always.
- Uses and maintains equipment per manufacturer and department guidelines.
- Report all issues or maintenance defects to the Shift Manager EVS and Facilities
Performs other tasks as assigned.

Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability: Ability to compute mathematical calculations. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.

The noise level in the work environment varies. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke. Must be able to handle intoxicated guests in a professional manner.
