State Tested Nursing Assistant

The STNA provides essential, compassionate care to residents under a licensed nurse's supervision.

•  Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, mobility, and feeding to promote residents comfort and dignity.
•  Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in residents' conditions, and report findings to nursing staff.
•  Maintain accurate documentation of care tasks, residents responses, and health observations.
•  Ensure safety, adherence to infection control protocols, and a clean environment.
•  Offer emotional support, promote independence, and facilitate social activities to enhance residents quality of life.
•  Collaborate with healthcare team members and assist with transportation as needed.
•  Requirements include a high school diploma, current STNA certification, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach. Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
