Job Description

This position serves as the Senior Project Manager for the Great Lakes Tunnel Project (GLTP) in Mackinac and Emmet Counties. This project also requires significant coordination and engagement with the Mackinac Straits Corridor Authority (MSCA), sovereign tribal nations, local communities, special interest groups, major businesses and regulatory agencies and the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). This project replaces Enbridge Energy, Limited Partnership's existing Line 5 dual pipelines, which cross the Straits of Mackinac in Northern Michigan, with a single pipeline to be constructed within a tunnel bored beneath the Straits of Mackinac lakebed. The GLTP is estimated to exceed $1 billion dollars. This position is the primary contact for the project and leads a team of professionals toward the delivery of the project. This position uses independent judgement in resolving problems and making project decisions. The Senior Project Manager must maintain excellent client relationships in a mature, thoughtful, professional, and pleasant manner.
