The Role

STAT is seeking a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented individual with an interest in digital advertising, project management, and data analytics to join our business team as an Associate Digital Campaign Manager. This position is on the Ad Operations team and will report to the Associate Director of Ad Operations, working closely and collaboratively with the marketing solutions, sales, and product teams.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and execute digital advertising campaigns across desktop, mobile, and app
  • Ensure successful delivery of all campaigns by routinely monitoring campaign performance and delivery; escalate potential delivery issues and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals
  • Serve as ad ops point-of-contact for 1-2 sales director(s) and their clients, building strong business relationships
  • Build native ads, and sponsor and custom content articles
  • Create sponsorship insertion orders & check advertising inventory
  • Generate ad metric reports and communicate key findings to sales, clients, and internal stakeholders; make actionable recommendations to improve client outcomes and campaign performance
  • Participate in internal team discussions and manage task assignments that will help grow the business team and enhance workflow processes
  • Collaborate alongside peers to support the rollout of custom ad experiences and new ad products
  • Ensure accuracy in campaign invoicing and work with Finance to resolve discrepancies
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communication and client management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Data-driven
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • A self-starter and team player.
  • A willingness to adapt and be audience focused, with a curious mindset and a commitment to creating an inclusive work environment
Bonus Points
  • Have experience working at a publication or a media agency
  • Have experience working with Google Ad Manager, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, and WordPress

Compensation/Location

The minimum salary for this position is $60,000. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, a 401k plan, generous vacation, parental leave, and more. We also have numerous wellness offerings, including free access to HeadSpace for all full time employees.

The STAT office is located in downtown Boston, nearby Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, and is easily accessible by MBTA and commuter rail lines. We have colleagues in the organization that come into the office on a regular basis. This position is based in Boston, and candidates should be based in the area or willing to move.
