Position Title: Stakeholder Task & Integration Manager Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO Relocation Assistance: None available at this time Remote/Telework: NO - Not available for this position Clearance Type: DoD Secret Shift: Day shift (Mon-Fri) Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time Description of Duties: The Stakeholder Task & Integration Manager supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Be a self-directed and proactive leader, who will be responsible for the Operations and Financial reporting and deliverables for IT Service Delivery (ITSD) in support of the MDA.
• Coach and mentor staff, provide regular feedback and formal written performance evaluations of staff, establish norms for effective teamwork, create a culture where members feel safe to share their perspectives and ideas.
• Learn customer preferences, anticipate customer needs, serve as a trusted advisor, provide excellent customer service.
• Optimize customer visibility, manage priorities, standardize requirements, conduct task order cost accounting and forecasting, and manage throughput.
• Conduct weekly meetings to discuss and clearly define objectives, schedules, metrics, and performance issues related to the TO.
• Liaise with the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) or Assistant COTR (ACOTR), providing insight on TO performance.
• Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews of the TO and report technical, cost, and schedule status to the COTR on a monthly basis.
• Perform at a high level of operational and business acumen to drive high-quality outcomes.
• Help identify the best practices for repeating and standardizing critical workflows and providing guidance on how to best approach new technology integration.
• Be involved in identifying, recording, and evaluating requirements, tracking multiple teams' progress through various tool sets. The successful candidate will:
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment to assist teams in supporting ITSD in a way that systematically accomplishes technical and financial objectives for a challenging, high-profile customer.
• Have proven experience with strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Understand, enhance, and drive timely and accurate Operational and Financial reporting to proactively support achievement of internal and external objectives.
• Brief senior leadership audiences of both contract and government personnel on Task Order operational and financial status.
• Monitor and control program budgets.
• Establish and monitor key operational and financial targets.
• Establish and monitor resource targets to support dynamic operational demands.
• Support execution of contractual requirements as measured through the Service Summary Item (SSI) process, Task Order Status Reports and Contract Performance Assessment Reports.
• Identify and support continuous improvement.
• Foster financial and operational acumen in Program personnel.
• Create and maintain critical reporting from enterprise requirements management tool.
• Assist in the creation of management plans and reports.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to assist and support the team with evolving requirements and objectives. Basic Requirements: Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: Bachelor's degree and 14 years of general experience; Master's degree and 12 years of general experience.
• Must have a bachelor's degree in finance, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
• Must have 10 years of experience working on large government contracts
• Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance Desired Requirements:
• Have 10 years of leadership experience with multi-functional teams
• Have 10 years of experience interpreting financial reports and driving financial performance
• Have 10 years of demonstrated progressive growth in technical or financial field
• Have 10 years in a full EV environment that required IPMRs, FSRs, and Internal Variance Reporting
• Have 10 years of experience analyzing data to achieve operational and financial objectives
• Be familiar with the Missile Defense Agency structure and operations
• Be familiar with, and have a background in, Information Technology This position is expected to pay $175,000 - $200,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
