Job description Position Summary Under the direction of the Supervisor, the
Stager is responsible for preparing parts for delivery by performing SAP transactions and staging activities to support logistics operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Verify quantity, material number, and MSN of parts on warehouse racks before completing SAP transactions
- Complete SAP transactions for parts and create Material Distribution Units (MDUs)
- Build MDUs using material from pre-stage racks
- Generate transfer orders (TOs) in SAP
- Direct pickers to locate material or assist with material location from TOs
- Stage materials by reservation in SAP
- Resolve negative inventory issues caused during staging
- Assist with generating storage locations for reallocated material
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements - High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of logistics operations and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Aviation experience is a plus
Physical Demands - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods
