Position Title: Sales Manager - Staffing


Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)


Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in the staffing industry to drive new business development, foster client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This role is tailored for an individual contributor who thrives in a client-facing environment and brings a network of existing industry relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive new client acquisition within the staffing sector.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships while developing and maintaining strong connections with key decision-makers and clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company's services and expand professional networks.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and strategic insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the staffing or recruitment industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Established network of industry contacts and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
