we are currently looking for a skilled Staffing Manager position within our organization to support our ongoing growth, optimize recruitment processes, and enhance workforce management. Position Overview:
The Staffing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our staffing efforts, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to meet business needs. This role will directly contribute to our success by improving workforce planning, recruitment processes, and employee retention initiatives. The Staffing Manager will work closely with HR, department heads, and leadership teams to ensure staffing aligns with the companys growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract high-quality candidates for a variety of roles across the organization. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the selection process.
Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop strategic plans to meet the companys short- and long-term goals. The Staffing Manager will ensure that there is a continuous pipeline of talent ready to fill both immediate and future roles.
Employee Retention & Engagement: Develop and implement programs aimed at improving employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction. This includes conducting employee surveys, creating professional development initiatives, and fostering a positive work culture.
Onboarding & Training: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company. Work with HR and department managers to ensure training programs are effective and meet the needs of employees.
Team Management & Leadership: Lead a small team of recruiters or staffing professionals, ensuring the team works cohesively and meets recruitment targets. Provide mentorship, support, and training to ensure team success.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all staffing activities comply with legal requirements and company policies. Continuously improve recruitment practices to meet industry best standards, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR management, with a track record of successfully building teams.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams of HR professionals or recruiters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS software, and recruiting platforms.
Expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies.
A strong understanding of legal compliance in recruitment, including labor laws and diversity regulations.
