What You'll Do:As a Behavioral Health RN, you'll be a vital part of a patient's healing journey by:
Assessing and managing a caseload of behavioral health patients with insight, empathy, and professionalism
Crafting individualized care plans and adapting them as patient needs evolve
Making meaningful home visits that focus on both mental and physical wellness
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and facilities to ensure seamless care
Providing emotional support to patients and families, including end-of-life care and bereavement guidance
Teaching and mentoring staff in behavioral health practices and symptom management
What You Bring:A current, unrestricted RN license
1+ year of clinical nursing experience (Behavioral Health or Home Health preferred)
A passion for person-centered care and home-based healing
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Willingness to travel up to 50% within your assigned region
