Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & DeliveryLocation: New Hampshire Shift: 12-Hour Nights URGENT POSITION - UP TO $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS. ($5,000 on first check, $2,500 at 6 months, $2,500 at 1 year) Join our 8-bed LDRP unit, delivering 350+ babies annually. We seek a Labor & Delivery RN to provide comprehensive obstetrical care in a collaborative team environment. Compensation: $28.90 - $46.23/hour Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional nursing care per medical direction and hospital policies. Work alongside OB/GYN and pediatric teams. Maintain 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio for active labor and 1:2-3 for mother/baby. Utilize EMR systems-EMR experience required. Provide personalized, compassionate care for various birthing options. Requirements: OB/Labor & Delivery experience - Required NH RN License, NRP, STABLE Certification - Required Fetal Monitoring, AWHONN Certification, BSN - Preferred Why Join Us?
