Work Schedule:
80% FTE, day shift. No weekends. Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. You will work at the University Ave. Rehabilitation Clinic located in Middleton, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:
- Collaborate with an industry-leading clinical team and provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing support to patients.
- Utilize critical thinking skills while performing telephone triage, MyChart triage, in-basket management, care coordination and patient education.
- Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence by assisting physical medicine providers with procedures and providing direct patient care including sterile procedures, education, and wound management to patients needing physical and neurological rehabilitation.

Qualifications
- Graduate of school of nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Work Experience
- 6 months of RN experience Required
- Relevant RN experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
- CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
