•  Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
•  Supervise a team of field clinicians.
•  Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new clinicians.
•  Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff. Qualifications for a Rehabilitation Manager:
•  Speech Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist required.
•  Supervisory experience.
