What You'll Do

As a Hospice Account Executive, your work will bridge the gap between care and those who need it most. You will:

  • Educate providers and families on the life-enhancing value of hospice care

  • Build and maintain trusted referral relationships in your community

  • Partner with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions

  • Represent Elara at key events and outreach initiatives

  • Bring empathy, professionalism, and purpose to every interaction

Qualifications

We're looking for confident, compassionate professionals with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred)

  • Background in medical sales, post-acute services, or DME (preferred)

  • A proven ability to develop strategic, referral-based relationships

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current insurance
