Overview

The Staff Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in coordinating a variety of business professional talent acquisition activities. Reporting to the Staff Recruiting Supervisor, the Coordinator works closely with recruiters and other members of the team to maintain candidate, vendor and internal client relationships. Success requires a commitment to delivering excellent client service and the ability to effectively interface with all levels of the Firm. The Coordinator is expected to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities

  • Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews utilizing various applications and videoconference technology. Related activities will include handling visitors, booking conference rooms, confirming complex schedules, and working with multiple teams, including audiovisual, to coordinate interviews across the Firm's international and domestic offices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and scheduling process.
  • Review applicant management system data for accuracy. Format job descriptions and reports as needed.
  • Administer skill assessments and behavioral surveys, including monitoring for completion and distribution.
  • Proactively communicate with recruiters and stakeholders to solve problems as they arise with a focus on quality, delivering excellent client service, and executing all recruiting-related tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Provide reports as requested using a variety of applications, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Provide additional recruiting support and participate in special projects as needed.

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience with applicant management or HRIS system
  • Availability to work overtime as needed

Preferred:

  • Prior recruiter, recruiting coordinator or HR experience
