Responsibilities: The primary purpose of your job is to assist and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such activity must be in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that governing our facility, and as may be directed by the director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times. Education: Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree and a current RN license from the state of Colorado. Experience: Must have a minimum, one (1) year experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution. Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices. Licenses/Certification: LPN/RN in state of Colorado. Compensation: RN - $29.48/hr - $37.35/hr, DOE LPN - $20.55/hr - $26.04/hr, DOE Current GVH employees transferring departments are not eligible for the Sign N Stay Bonus Physical Requirements Occasionally (0-33%) - Standing, sitting, change position, reaching, reach across midline, crouching/squatting, kneeling, lifting/lowering (0-50 lbs), carrying (0-50 lbs), pushing/pulling (0-50 lbs). Work Environment As a health care organization, we operate 24/7, 365 days per year. Candidates should be available to work a variety of shifts (days shift and night shift), weekends, and holidays. This position is full-time, with 12 hour shifts. This position can be fast paced at times, and slow paced at times, and candidates should be able to perform in both scenarios.
