o Strong modeling and simulation capabilities with a focus on heat exchangers and thermodynamic systems
Experience lending expertise to cross-functional product development teams
o Ability to drive continuous improvement in the methods and tools used to design heat exchangers.
• Job Responsibilities o Manage technology development programs and deliver on-time solutions to internal customers. Including technology transfer activities related to ongoing global engineering transformation activities.
o Apply state-of-art design and simulation tools to optimize heat exchanger performance with a focus on compact heat exchangers and electronics cooling
o Drive continuous improvement in the methods and tools used to design heat exchangers.
o Develop, validate, and deploy new heat exchanger technologies for Carrier's current and growing range of products, including electronics cooling.
o Identify and pursue innovation opportunities that improve efficiency, cost, reliability, and competitiveness of Carrier products.
o Lend expertise to cross-functional product development teams to ensure successful insertion of new technologies in Carrier products.
