Join a busy, 15-bed Emergency Department serving a broad patient population - from neonates to the elderly - in beautiful Elko, Nevada.
As an Emergency Room RN, you'll be on the front lines of critical care, supported by a strong, collaborative team of physicians and fellow RNs. With a low nurse-to-patient ratio and a high level of autonomy, this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced yet supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver expert care to ER patients of all ages in a 15-bed unit
- Work 12-hour shifts (day, mid, or night - flexible depending on department needs)
- Join a close-knit team of 2-4 RNs + physicians
- Care for an average of 65 patients per day / 25,000 annually
- Maintain a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
What We're Looking For
- Active Nevada RN license
- BLS required within 14 days of hire
- ACLS required within 30 days of hire
- PALS required within 90 days of hire
- TNCC required within 6 months
