• We are seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead the development of scalable and efficient front-end systems.

• This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize front-end architectures and frameworks.

• Your expertise in modern development practices and frameworks will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance user experience across devices and platforms.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries.

• Expertise in scalable software architecture and modular design principles.

• Strong understanding of secure coding and data protection measures.

• Proficiency in optimizing front-end systems for performance and reliability.

• Hands-on experience with component libraries, state management, and responsive design.

• Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities.

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools.

• Familiarity with database technologies and storage solutions.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.

• Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $147000K-$210000K
