Requirements:
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts. Preferred experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation. CPR certified; proficient in English and MS Office. Essential Functions:
Oversee in-service training and maintain records. Act as champion for staff education software. Ensure competency of nursing staff during probation. Coordinate new hire orientation and manage Preceptor Program. Administer vaccinations and maintain documentation. Schedule and prepare in-service topics and trainers. Participate in on-call rotation and assume charge nurse duties as needed.
