Position Summary: The RN Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing in-service education in compliance with laws and standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
Nursing diploma (associate s or bachelor s degree) Active RN license in good standing One year of skilled nursing experience preferred Teaching/education experience preferred Current CPR certification required Specific Job Requirements:
Ability to train and educate nursing associates Expert knowledge in nursing practice Independent decision-making skills Knowledge of post-acute care regulations Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality Essential Functions:
