The Role: As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll drive the development and optimization of key machine learning models and data-driven strategies. Your work will directly impact business decisions, product enhancements, and customer experiences.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement ML models for lead scoring, churn prediction, pricing optimization, personalization, and fraud detection.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from data collection to model deployment and monitoring.
- Work alongside data infrastructure and analytics teams to enhance data capabilities.
- Clearly communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
What they are looking for:- 5+ years of industry experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
- Strong expertise in ML algorithms, statistical modeling, Python (scikit-learn, numpy, pandas), and SQL. Experience with Snowflake and Streamlit is a plus.
- MS/PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
