What You'll get to Do: Designs and develops new systems, applications, and solutions for external customer's enterprise-wide cyber systems and networks. Ensures system security needs are established and maintained for operations development, security requirements definition, security risk assessment, systems analysis, systems design, security test and evaluation, certification and accreditation, systems hardening, vulnerability testing and scanning, incident response, disaster recover, and business continuity planning and provides analytical support for security policy development and analysis. Integrates new architectural analysis of cyber security features and relates existing system to future needs and trends, embeds advanced forensic tools and techniques for attack reconstruction, provides engineering recommendations, and resolves integrations and testing issues. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or relevant discipline with 12 years of experience; a Master's Degree with 10 years of experience; or PhD with 8 year of experience An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree Experience as cross-domain solution (CDS) subject matter expert Expert-level familiarity with NCDSMO Raise the Bar (RTB) Familiarity with the current CDS/MLS vendors that are certified via RTB Expertise in CDS installation, operations, maintenance and support Ability to travel up to 50% to support CONUS and OCONUS programs Must be US Citizen Clearance: Candidate must currently have an active Top Secret/SCI Preferred Qualifications: Prior direct work as a security controls assessor for DoD systems Salary Range: $163,200.00 - $256,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
