Compliance and Regulatory Responsibilities: - Ensure that all software development complies with relevant healthcare industry standards and regulations (such as HIPAA and data protection guidelines).
- Document technical implementations and ensure comprehensive record-keeping to support regulatory compliance and audits.
- Proactively identify and mitigate compliance and security risks in software design and implementation.
What You Will Need: Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 4+ years of experience developing high-quality mobile applications for Android platforms
- At least 2 years of experience serving in a lead mobile Android developer role, with proven capability in technical leadership and mentorship.
- Strong proficiency in at least one primary mobile development language: Kotlin (preferred) or Java.
- Proven ability to independently drive technical projects from conception to deployment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience developing mobile applications within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter)
- Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- $100k - $215k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
