Job Details

8am - 5pm (Hybrid- required in office 2 days per week)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Create journal entries
• Oversight of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process, including processing AR Credits, credit card transactions and internal transfers.
• Support Accounting Division Manager and Accounting Supervisor
• Research outstanding AP/AR invoices.
• Performs and manages accounts receivable collections, including credit lines and bankruptcy filings.
• Performs Cash applications
• Backup for posting accounts payable, billing functions.

-Compile sales and use tax data for monthly returns.

• Quarterly updates of sales tax rates in system.
• Prepare documents for Audits
• Prepares intercompany offset letters
• Support branch requests and process sales commissions

Position Requirements (knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform satisfactorily in the position):

• At least 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• BS degree in Finance or Accounting required
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Software Implementation a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookup formulas and Pivot Tables
• Sales & Use Tax knowledge
• Possess strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills and be a self-starter.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Maintain knowledge on key account information and monitor all invoices and statements.
