Looking for a Staff Accountant to join an established company in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid opportunity with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote per week. Open to candidates right out of college OR a degree with 1-2 years of accounting experience.

Job Details

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Open to candidates right out of college OR candidates with bachelors degree with 1-2 years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and distribution of preliminary and final monthly Profit and Loss Statements, Financial Reporting Interaction with Executives, DVP's, RVP's and location managers/directors
• Document and maintain accounting procedures
• Balance Sheet analysis to improve and shorten closings
• General accounting support
• Other Special Projects as assigned
• Essential Balance Sheet Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
• Bank Reconciliations & Cash Reconciliations
• Fixed Assets
• Document and maintain accounting procedures
• Balance sheet detail analysis
• General accounting support
• Sales Tax Returns
• Port Fee Returns & Analysis
• 941 reconciliations
