Responsibilities include

General Ledger Maintenance: Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure

accuracy in financial records.

Accounts Receivable: Monitor and process invoices, payments, and collections.

Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements with internal records regularly.

Month-End & Year-End Close: Assist with closing procedures, including preparing

adjusting entries and financial reports.

Financial Reporting: Generate reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and

cash flow statements.

Budgeting Support: Help with budget preparation and variance analysis.

Compliance & Audit Prep: Ensure financial data complies with company policies and

regulations, and assist in audit processes.

Previous knowledge of and familiarity with various accounting practices and

Previous general ledger experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, and demonstrated ability to

learn new software.

Experience with QuickBooks.

Working knowledge of Great Plains is a plus.

Willingness and ability to occasionally travel domestically for training and company

events.

Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with two or more years' experience.
