OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: Staff Accountant
The Staff Accountant will report directly to the Controller and take on the day-to-day accounting for multiple entities.
- Contribute to monthly and annual close processes-help ensure everything is wrapped up accurately and on time.
- Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and assist with creating financial reports and analysis.
- Work closely with the finance team to update reports during the close process-accuracy and attention to detail are key.
- Maintain Internal Controls
- Assist with preparing sales tax returns and provide support during sales tax audits-keeping things compliant and stress-free.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Staff Accountant
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Strong general accounting knowledge
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
