Sr. Workday Configuration Analyst NYC - Onsite 2-3 days per weekPosition Summary Lead and support ongoing design, configuration, and reporting for the Workday HCM suite of modules.
Responsibilities: - Liaison with Business Stakeholders for future enhancements
- May also support other configuration areas as a secondary responsibility.
- Support our third-party interview scheduling tool (Rooster)
- Work closely with our integration team on third-party background check providers (Sterling, HireRight and Vero)
- Support new project implementations and functionality uptake. This includes seeing projects through the full lifecycle and leading requirements gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and post-production support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, resolve complex system problems, and develop and manage complex workflow rules, data validations, and object customizations.
- Monitor new features being released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans.
- Provide Level 2 & 3 support for HR Production issues and questions.
- Maintain change documentation and training materials.
- Assist with any ad hoc project needs as necessary.
- Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to share best practices.
Requirements: - 3+ years' experience configuring the Workday HCM suite of modules
- Must have experience with at least 2 of the following modules: Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Absence Management, Onboarding, Performance & Talent, Benefits, Security, and/or Reporting & Analytics
- Experience using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
