Job Title: Sr. HRIS Analyst - Workday Benefits & Compensation

Atlanta Georgia, Hybrid - 3 days per week on site


Overview:

We're partnering with a well-established organization to identify a Sr. HRIS Analyst with deep functional expertise in Workday, specifically within Benefits and Compensation modules. This individual will lead configuration efforts, drive system improvements, and support HR initiatives by aligning technology with business objectives. The role focuses on day-to-day system support, configuration, and optimization for key HR cycles and programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage configuration for Workday Benefits and Compensation, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Deliver end-to-end support for HR systems including enhancements, annual cycle events, maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional projects related to HR technology upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Execute and validate system testing plans for new features, updates, and integrations.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements that streamline workflows across Benefits and Compensation.
  • Liaise with IT and broader HCM stakeholders to support digital transformation initiatives within HR.
  • Stay informed on Workday's product releases and leverage new features to optimize system usage.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years in HRIS or related systems role, with a strong focus on Workday.
    • Proven hands-on experience configuring Workday Benefits and Compensation modules.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Effective communicator with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
