Job Title: Sr Web Analytics Engineer Locations: Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: Long TermDescription: Hybrid - In-office days are Tuesday and Wednesday - We are seeking a Data & Analytics Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our organization.
- This role focuses on data extraction, analysis, and visualization to uncover key insights, track performance metrics, and optimize business outcomes.
- The ideal candidate has experience working with large datasets, SQL, and analytics platforms to support reporting, dashboard development, and ad hoc analysis.
- Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years
Responsibilities: - Extract and analyze data from various sources, providing visualization and insights into complex data structures. - Develop, track, and refine fundamental performance metrics.
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards to monitor key program, provider, or client metrics.
- Manage data distribution processes to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timeliness requirements.
- Collaborate across departments to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Assist with ad hoc data analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience in data extraction, visualization, and analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL (intermediate level required); experience with Teradata or Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe and Google Tag Management Systems for tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and explain underlying drivers.
- Excellent time management, communication, and the ability to work independently.
Must-Have Skills: - Adobe Analytics proficiency - Google Analytics proficiency - SQL experience
Desired Skills: - Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
Education/Certifications: - Required: Bachelor's degree -
Preferred: Master's degree in a quantitative field (Math, Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering)
