Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Fixed Income Sales Trader to join our institutional sales team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with an established client base and a deep understanding of fixed income markets. You will be instrumental in driving revenue, expanding market share, and delivering tailored investment solutions across a broad range of fixed income products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your existing institutional relationships to generate new business and deepen client engagement.
- Sell a full range of fixed income products, including U.S. Treasuries, agencies, investment-grade and high-yield corporates, municipals, structured products (MBS/ABS/CMBS), and emerging market debt.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their investment strategies and offering appropriate fixed income solutions.
- Work closely with trading desks to provide market intelligence and ensure competitive execution.
- Serve as a mentor and leader within the sales team, helping to elevate team capabilities and performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of macroeconomic trends, credit developments, and regulatory changes impacting fixed income markets.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None required
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 7-10 years of institutional fixed income sales experience.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing a substantial institutional client base.
- Deep product knowledge across multiple fixed income sectors.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 licenses required.
- Strong reputation and relationships in the institutional investment community.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to operate independently and deliver consistent revenue growth.

Your compensation for the role of Fixed Income Sales & Trading will be significantly driven by a base salary and incentives. These incentives will be combined with overrides or draws, culminating in a comprehensive cash compensation structure. Additional details are available upon request.
