Seeking a Senior Voice Engineer to identify and resolve performance issues and be responsible for all troubleshooting, repairing/replacing, configuring, monitoring, and upgrading of the network on both unclassified and classified systems. This position is on-site and mission essential. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementation and technical support of Cisco Unified Communications related technologies

• 2nd and 3rd level support of existing systems

• Provide installation, transition, and cutover of components of the systems

• Provide all maintenance and documentation of ground equipment and systems on a scheduled and unscheduled basis

• Test and Integration

• Gather trend analysis data on systems, and provide input for resource planning

• Provide real-time usable statistics to aid with troubleshooting

• Upgrades to all supported VoIP / UC systems

• Monitoring of Managed Services UC customers via 3rd party network monitoring software

• Review work/installation progress for accuracy, adherence to network design, and conformance to telecommunications standards

• Perform other Voice technology-related duties as assigned Clearance Level: Top-Secret
• This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)

• Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is required Salary Range: $124,500.00 to $149,500.00
