Job Description

We're looking for a Sr. UX/UI designer to join the team of a large fleet management client, guiding the teams UX/UI vision and focusing on best in class design. They will be creating user flows, wire framing, and prototypes as well as collaborating with stakeholders and the product owner to understand requirements, pain points, and ensure standards are being met. They will also assist in forming design systems including creating components, redoing component libraries, and working closely with the development group, answering any questions and ultimately ensuring they have the necessary assets when creating these software platforms. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, technically sound, and adept to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The hourly rate is between $53-56/hr.

Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5-10 years of design experience with UX and UI
  • Strong background in design thinking and delivering highly effective component and design libraries
  • Experience with UX/UI for software development efforts and in creating user stories/flows, wireframing, and doing prototype demos and usability testing
  • Experience with FIGMA and understanding of its impact on user experience
  • In-depth understanding of design systems and experience in maintaining cohesive design standards.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills -Experience within fleet management or trucking industry
