What You'll Do We are seeking a
Sr TPA Firm Account Manager to lead and strengthen partnerships with key Third Party Administrator (TPA) firms, including national-level partners. This role serves as the primary service liaison for assigned TPAs, focused on driving revenue growth, improving client retention, and enhancing operational efficiency and service experience across our block of unbundled retirement plan clients. The ideal candidate will advocate for TPA interests in internal initiatives and workgroups, while also delivering compelling presentations to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities - Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with assigned TPA firms. Your efforts will focus on driving revenue growth, improving client retention, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Business Plan Development: Develop and implement strategic business plans in partnership with TPA Sales Directors. Responsible for identifying solutions that promote mutual growth, client retention, and profitability.
- Service and Operations Support: Serve as the main service and operations contact for key TPA firms, providing proactive and responsive support. Educate TPA key decision-makers on our products, services, and value propositions to grow and retain business.
- Advocate for TPA needs by collaborating with internal collaborators to identify and implement improvements for efficiency and deepen relationships.

Who You Are - Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, along with 8+ years of related industry experience. Knowledge of business unit and company products is preferred, with 5+ years of specific TPA firm level experience being advantageous.
- Skills: Outstanding leadership, negotiation, presentation, decision making, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and written and oral communication skills.
- Travel: Some travel required, including overnight stays.
Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $100800 - $182400 / year
Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
