Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4 HANA Sr. Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using TOSCA and Azure DevOps, ensuring the quality and reliability of our SAP S/4 HANA implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA, test automation frameworks, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA and Azure DevOps to validate SAP S/4 HANA functionalities.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various SAP S/4 HANA modules, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Continuous Integration and Deployment: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps, ensuring seamless and continuous testing throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand requirements and provide testing support.
  • Reporting: Generate and present detailed test reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders, providing insights into test progress, coverage, and quality.
  • Best Practices: Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation and SAP S/4 HANA, continuously improving testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation, with at least 3 years focused on SAP S/4 HANA FIORI app automation and at least 1 year focused on Web based SaaS application automation
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in TOSCA for test automation
  • Proficiency in developing test automation framework
  • Experience with integration of TOSCA with Azure DevOps for test planning and execution
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules and functionalities.
  • Familiarity with other test automation tools and frameworks is a plus. (qTest/OpenText ALM)
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications in SAP S/4 HANA, TOSCA, or Azure DevOps are highly desirable.

  • Work Mode: Remote with onsite travel as required.
  • Compensation: Based on contract terms and project scope.
  • Employment Type: Contract, project-based engagement
Pay rate: $77.41-$90.32hr
