ABOUT THE ROLE A rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior eDiscovery Project Analyst to provide an expert level of service in project management, consulting, and support in the areas of litigation and internal matters. As a Senior eDiscovery Project Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties including the processing of internal data, building and supporting document reviews in the context of both internal projects and assisting our case teams reviewing client data. Consulting with key stakeholders globally on collection, workflow, document review and searching strategies; and establishing relationships with other departments and internal clients to make sure proper project expectations are established, fulfilled and communicated. Other key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a liaison and a primary point of contact between the Information Governance teams, Office of General Counsel, Data Privacy, case teams and the PSC regarding internal matter projects including designing databases, processing data, and executing productions and exports.
- Demonstrating expert level project management and consulting skills, including determination of project scope, preparing specifications, documenting project details, delegating tasks, and ensuring projects conform to specifications and deadlines.
- Providing high level support and consulting to colleagues, within PSS, on data processing workflows, automation technology and document review strategies.
- Drafting vendor cost comparison matrices, estimating discovery costs, and preparing budgets as necessary. Ensuring compliance with firm policies regarding vendor contracts. Maintaining accurate logs of data handling through all phases of review and production. Consulting and guiding the firm's attorneys, staff, and clients, as well as colleagues within the PSS team, regarding best practices in the use of eDiscovery and contract analysis tools to support the Litigation Department and their clients
- Providing education and support to attorneys, paralegals, staff and clients regarding practice support software and tools (e.g. Nuix Investigate, Nuix Discover, etc.).
ABOUT YOU Join our team if you:
- Have strong knowledge and proficiency in e-discovery (EDD) processing tools, early case assessment and machine learning document review.
- Have thorough familiarity with various review platforms such as Nuix Discover, Relativity, OpenText, etc., as well as other litigation support tools such as Opus2 and Everchron.
- Are hungry to learn and develop your skills within a collaborate team environment; demonstrate independent and lateral thinking, and are also comfortable taking direction and feedback from management and peers.

Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with Advanced Practice Nurse Master's Degree OR
- Graduated from an accredited Professional Physician Assistant Program
- Active Physician Assistant state license or Nurse Practitioner state license
- Active DEA license from state of practice if applicable
- Board Certified (NP must be FNP certified for six (6) months to adult)
- BLS Certification
- Medical Examiners Certification for DOT physicals (ME certification may be acquired within the first 30 days of employment)
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be aware of hazardous situations and be able to provide a leadership role in emergencies as needed.
