Overview:
The Senior Technical Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive enterprise solutions. This individual will be responsible for leading architectural decisions and strategies for various technology platforms within the organization, including Salesforce (Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud), Anaplan, integration solutions using Mulesoft, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Hub. Additionally, this role requires expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA migration projects, microservice architecture, enterprise reporting solutions (Power BI), and AI-driven systems. The architect will ensure seamless integration between various platforms, driving the organization's technology vision.

Responsibilities:
Architect and develop enterprise integration strategies leveraging Mulesoft and Azure integration services (Functions, Data Hub).

Collaborate with the lead Salesforce architect to design and implement complex Salesforce Service Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with the lead Anaplan architect to design and implement Anaplan solutions to meet business requirements.

Be the Agile coach for multiple technical teams, driving the adoption of agile principles and methodologies.

Develop microservice architecture designs and ensure they align with business needs and technical best practices.

Architect enterprise reporting and data visualization solutions using Power BI, ensuring data integrity and availability across systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and SMEs, to design scalable, high-performance systems.

Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and solution design blueprints.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation through technology selection, architecture reviews, and optimizing existing systems.

Ensure the solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance while adhering to company compliance and governance policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with expertise in Salesforce (Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud).

10+ years of Agile development experience

5+ years of DevOps experience and CI/CD best practices

5+ Proficiency in Cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)

In-depth experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including knowledge of ABAP and integration points.

Anaplan experience a plus, but not required

Strong understanding of microservice architecture and experience in implementing microservices-based solutions.

Solid understanding of enterprise integration strategies, patterns, and best practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Experience with Demand Tools or similar data management solutions.

Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud.

Mulesoft Certification (MCD - Integration Architect or similar).

Experience with SAP PI/PO for integrations and SAP Fiori/UI5 development.

Expertise in designing enterprise reporting architectures and building data visualizations using Power BI.

Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory and other advanced Azure services for enterprise data management.

Demonstrated leadership in large-scale digital transformation projects.

The salary range below is just one component of Panasonic Connect's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.

Salary Range:
$105,000 - $155,000
