12+Month Contract Client is seeking a
Lab Technician to support physical and virtual Windows workstations and servers in a hybrid role based in
Parsippany, NJ. Responsibilities include configuring peripherals (scanners, printers, etc.), installing software, and troubleshooting issues in collaboration with various functional teams. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
Responsibilities - Support Windows workstations and servers from initial build through ongoing support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across lab environments
- Configure Client peripherals (scanners, printers, etc.)
- Install and maintain software applications
- Collaborate with functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Requirements - 6-8 years of experience with Windows client/server support (Mandatory)
- Experience troubleshooting in Windows lab networks
- Proficient in hardware/software installation and maintenance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Hybrid work schedule - must be able to commute to Parsippany, NJ
