Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Sr Systems Programmer to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days/week onsite. What you'll do: - Write or debug programs to maintain and control computer systems software, such as operating systems, networked systems, and database systems.
- Provide technical and disaster recovery expertise for systems software.
Requirements and Qualifications: - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of systems programming, graphical user interfaces, control languages, development, quality assurance, and implementation strategies of systems software.
- Thorough understanding of currently utilized systems programming productivity tools and their use,z/OS, JCL, SDSF, Dataset management.
- Ability to review and analyze systems software and recommend performance solutions.
