Ground to Satellite communication knowledge
Ground operations experience
Experience with designing, coding, or modeling satellite contact planning systems
System design including Use Case and thread-based modeling for SW messaging systems
Interface Control Document (ICD) authoring through the system design thru Integration phase of program
