RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with Development and Product Management to author test plans for cloud based offering for Palo Alto Networks.
- Execution and automation of test plans.
- File bugs and work with Development to fix issues seen.
- Present results of testing.
- We are looking for a flexible Engineer who can create or modify Open Source tools to do whatever is needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 6+ years of software testing and performance experience.
- Proven experience with testing cloud-base services or applications.
- Good understanding of AWS cloud services and Linux OS concepts.
- General network security experience is an advantage.
- In depth understanding of IPSEC/SSL.
- In depth Python skills for automation of tasks.
- Open source performance testing and load generation tools
- Iperf
- Hping
- Curlloader
- Bees with machine guns
- BS or advanced degree in computer engineering or related technical field.
